Mindful Meditation – 6 Week Program

The Gatehouse in partnership with Humber, through the Centre for Transformative Social Change project, will be hosting a 6 (six) week Mindful Meditation Program at Humber College Lake Shore Campus, MED Building room MED208, starting Wednesday, March 1 at 9:30 am – 11:00 am.

Humber Students who are interested in learning more about mindfulness will be taking part in a six-week mindful meditation program. They will learn how mindful meditation practices can potentially reduce stress and anxiety may attend the info session.
